MEMORANDUM & ORDER John Doe (“Plaintiff”) alleges he was sexually abused as a child by two counselors. He seeks to hold their employers, Woods Services, Inc. and Crestwood Services, Inc.1 (“Defendants”), liable under the New York Child Victims Act. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants the motion to transfer and declines to reach Defendants’ motion to dismiss. BACKGROUND Defendants are non-profits that provide care to children with special needs. See Compl. 4, ECF No. 1-1; Kimmelman Decl. 3, ECF No. 9-2. Plaintiff was a client. Compl.
