ESTATE OF AIMEE IRIZARRY, Deceased (20-542/A) — The administrator, the decedent’s son and sole distributee, seeks to lift the restrictions on his limited letters of administration so that he may judicially account for and distribute the proceeds of claims filed with the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund (VCF). The VCF determined an award and allocated the proceeds in accord with VCF guidelines. The decedent died intestate on March 11, 2019. The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance consents to the application. Counsel fees which are in accord with the VCF guidelines are allowed in the sum requested.
