Surrogate Anderson ESTATE OF YARA TROKEL, Deceased. (17-1958/B) — This proceeding, brought by a remainder beneficiary of the Yara Trokel Revocable Trust under agreement dated July 23, 2015, to compel the executor of the estate of Yara Trokel to account is dismissed as moot. The executor has filed a petition for judicial settlement of her account and jurisdiction over such proceeding is complete. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this decision which constitutes the order of the court to the parties who have appeared. Dated: December 5, 2022
