Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief. Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the application is granted, and on or before February 27, 2023, the appellants shall serve and file the appellants’ reply brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the appellants’ reply brief and upload digital copies of the appellants’ reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court’s website.
