ESTATE OF ROSALIE ISOLA, a/k/a ROSALIE M. ISOLA, Deceased (20-46/A/B/C) — This petition by the administrator of the estate of Rosalie Isola to modify the restrictions on her letters to allow her to collect and distribute proceeds from the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, on account of decedent’s personal injury and wrongful death, and to judicially settle her account with respect to those proceeds is granted. The restrictions on the letters of administration are modified to the extent necessary to allow this compromise, and the administrator is authorized to collect the award and execute the necessary receipts and releases. The proceeds are allocated 97 percent to personal injury and three percent to wrongful death. The fees of petitioner’s attorney are fixed and determined. The balance of the settlement proceeds shall be distributed as set forth in the decree. The account is settled, and the decree is signed. Dated: March 3, 2023
