By Lasalle, P.J., Dillon, Duffy, Barros, Connolly, JJ. IN THE MATTER OF NICOLE C. SMITH, ADMITTED UNDER THE NAME NICOLE CASTAGNA — (Attorney Registration No. 4368064) — Application by Nicole C. Smith, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 25, 2006 under the name Nicole Castagna, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Nicole Smith Guy. Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant’s name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Nicole C. Smith to Nicole Smith Guy, effective immediately. LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
