Surrogate Gingold ESTATE OF KWONG C. CHEUNG a/k/a KWONG CHUNG CHEUNG, Deceased (18-1599/A/B/C) — The settlement of this claim was approved by the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) as part of a comprehensive settlement plan related to the World Trade Center Litigation. The VCF determined an award and allocated the proceeds pursuant to its Policies and Procedures. The restrictions on the letters of administration are modified to allow this compromise. The Administrator is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds and to execute the necessary receipts and releases. Attorney’s fees are fixed and determined. Disbursements are allowed in the sum of $21.50. The net proceeds shall be paid to decedent’s distributees as set forth in the petition. Decree signed. Dated: April 21, 2023
