ESTATE OF JERMONE WEINSTEIN, Deceased (72-5904/A) — In this uncontested proceeding, Beacon Trust Company petitions as trustee of the charitable trust under Article THIRD of the Last Will and Testament of Jerome Weinstein for an order and decree (i) terminating the trust pursuant to EPTL 8-1.1(c)(2)(i), ordering the remaining trust funds be distributed to the Jewish Community Center of Fort Lee, with the direction that the funds be held in a segregated account to be used solely for an annual Purim party in the name of the decedent’s parents, as provided under the trust, until the funds are depleted, and (ii) revoking Letters of Trusteeships heretofore issued to the petitioner without the necessity of the filing and settlement of a formal account of its proceedings as trustee. The petition in its entirety is granted. Decree signed. Dated: May 31, 2023
