ESTATE OF GEORGE SCHUSSLER, Deceased (18-3055/H) — The proceeding by Edith Schussler to compel Celia M. Divino to account as Executor of the estate of George Schussler, for the period of September 1, 2020 to present was resolved, and a stipulation dated May 9, 2023, was filed in this court. At the call of the calendar of May 12, 2023, and in accordance with the stipulation, the Court directed Ms. Divino to file a final account of her proceedings as Executor, together with a petition for its judicial settlement, and any other submissions required to obtain the issuance of a citation in the accounting proceeding, within sixty days from the date this order is served on her, with notice of entry. Ms. Divino shall then cause citation to be issued and service to be made, without undue delay, on all person interested in the accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210. This decision constitutes the order of the Court. Clerk to notify. Dated: June 2, 2023
