ESTATE OF HELEN HAM WHITE, Deceased (10-0418/E/F) — After conference with the court, this proceeding in the estate of Helen Ham White for an award of attorneys fees and expenses pursuant to SCPA 2110 has been discontinued pursuant to a stipulation filed with the court. Proceed accordingly. Dated: July 28, 2023

ESTATE OF JACQUELINE SHULTZE, Deceased (21-4108/B/C/D) — The compromise of a cause of action for decedent’s personal injury and wrongful death was approved and attorney’s fees and disbursements were fixed and determined by order of the Supreme Court, New York County. That court also directed the payment of a medical services bill. The executor’s petition for leave to allocate and distribute the net settlement proceeds for such causes of action is granted. The proceeds are allocated one hundred percent (100 percent) to the cause of action for personal injury. The statutory commissions of the executor are fixed and determined. Funeral expenses were paid by the petitioner, decedent’s niece, in the amount of $1,440.25, and she is authorized to reimburse herself for such expenses. The balance of the settlement proceeds shall be paid to the executor to be distributed in accordance with decedent’s will. Decree signed. Dated: July 28, 2023.
