GUARDIANSHIP OF ALEKSANDER M.K. Pursuant to SCPA Article 17-A (17-478/A) — In a prior proceeding brought pursuant to SCPA Article 17-A (File No. 2017-478) the court issued a decree, dated November 15, 2017, which determined that the respondent is intellectually disabled and appointed his parents the guardians of his person. The parents (hereinafter, the “petitioners”) now seek to amend the decree to add property powers and become guardians of the respondent’s person and property. The petitioners have submitted documents in support of their application establishing that: (i) respondent is the next in line to inherit from a cousin, Janusz Andrzej Foremski; (ii) Mr. Foremski died a Polish domiciliary on May 19, 2018 and his estate is being administered by a court in Poland;(iii) the liabilities associated with inheriting Mr. Foremski’s estate exceed its assets and would create a financial burden for the respondent; and (iv) this financial burden can be avoided if the inheritance is timely rejected in the Polish court. The petitioners have not shown that the respondent has any other property requiring administration or the court’s consideration at this time. On this state of the record, the court finds that respondent’s best interests would be served by renouncing his rights to inherit Mr. Foremski’s estate. Accordingly, the respondent’s parents, Krzysztof B.K. and Victoria A.L-K, are appointed guardians of his person and property. Pursuant to SCPA 702 (10), the letters of property guardianship issued hereon shall be limited to conferring the petitioners with the authority to reject the respondent’s inheritance from Janusz Andrzej Foremski. Furthermore, said letters shall indicate that the petitioners will not be required to file annual accountings with the court. The Chief Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this decision and the order to be entered hereon to the pro se petitioners. Order signed. June 30, 2023 This decision is amended to reflect that the papers submitted by the petitioners indicated that Janusz Andrzej Foremski died on May 9, 2018, not on May 19, 2018. Dated: August 1, 2023

ESTATE OF ANTONIO CARMINE ANZOVINO, Deceased (18-2418/B) — On January 9, 2019, the decedent’s will, dated May 19, 2008, was admitted to probate and letters testamentary issued to the instrument’s named executor. In this proceeding, decedent’s son and sole beneficiary under the will petitions for an order compelling the executor to account. On the original return date of the citation an attorney appeared on behalf of the executor and stated that the executor had post-deceased and he was in the process of having a fiduciary appointed in the executor’s estate who would then be in a position to consent to the application and ultimately account. After the last adjourned date an attorney put in a notice of appearance on behalf of the fiduciary appointed in the executor’s estate and consented to the entry of a 90-day order. Accordingly, the application to compel an account is granted. The fiduciary of the now deceased executor shall file his account, a petition for its judicial settlement and all of the papers required to obtain the issuance of a citation in the accounting proceeding within ninety (90) days of personal service upon him of a certified copy of the order to be entered hereon. The fiduciary shall then, without delay, obtain jurisdiction over all of the necessary parties in the accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210, and shall appear before the court from time to time as required for the purpose of the settlement of his account. Settle order. August 4, 2023
