ESTATE OF SOUDABETH AMIRALAI, Deceased (19-3637/B) — This contested proceeding to compel Fariba Houman to account for her transactions as administrator is granted. Under the January 13, 2021 stipulation of settlement Siamak Amiralaii, petitioner herein, is entitled to 50 percent of the net proceeds from the sale of the decedent’s cooperative apartment plus 50 percent of any assets collected by the administrator greater than $7,000 after the date of the settlement. Thus, Siamak Amiralaii is entitled to a full account of the estate. Accordingly, Fariba Houman is directed to file an account of her proceedings together with a petition for its judicial settlement on or before January 31, 2024. Fariba Houman shall then cause citation to be issued and service to be made without undue delay on all parties interested in her accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210. The Clerk of the Court shall email a copy of this decision, which constitutes the order of the Court, to counsel at the addresses below. Dated: October 10, 2023
