ESTATE OF JEANINE J. WORRELL, Deceased (15-2033) — In this contested administration proceeding, respondent Sheba Billingslea, as administrator of the estate of Corwin Breeden, moves for summary judgment seeking dismissal of the petition and for an order appointing her as the administrator of the estate. Petitioner Leontine Turner cross-moves for summary judgment on her petition to be appointed as administrator of the estate and for an order disqualifying Corwin Breeden from being appointed as administrator on grounds of abandonment. In light of the significant amount of time which has elapsed since these motions were submitted, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1) A conference is scheduled for February 7, 2024 at 2:15 p.m.; 2) All counsel and self-represented parties are required to attend; 3) All appearances before this court on February 7, 2024 will be made in person in courtroom 509 at 31 Chambers, New York, New York 10007; 4) All attending counsel must have the authority to settle the matter and be able to contact their clients during the conference; 5) This conference is an opportunity for all parties to participate in the settlement and scheduling of this matter. Failure to appear at this conference will not prevent the court from proceeding. The Clerk of the Court shall mail a copy of this Order to counsel and parties, whose names and addresses appear at the foot of this order. Dated: November 27, 2023
