ESTATE OF STEVEN V. JAKUBOSKI, Deceased (14-3542/D) — Petitioner has failed to obtain jurisdiction and no appearances have been made. The last citation was issued December 20, 2021 with a return date of February 4, 2022. In view of the above, the proceeding is dismissed for failure to prosecute (SCPA 209[8]). This decision constitutes the order of the court. The Clerk of the Court shall email a copy of this Order to petitioner’s counsel of record at the address in the foot of this order.
