ESTATE OF DAVID WACHSMAN, Deceased (17-401) — Pursuant to the order of this is court dated January 29, 2024, a hearing was held on February 5, 2024, in which the October 24, 2005, paper writing offered for probate was dismantled and subject to inspection in the presence of the Hon. Hilary Gingold, Timothy Ameres, Clerk Specialist, Probate Department, and counsel. After the clerk specialist dismantled the document, and after agreement among the court and all counsel as to the number of staple holes on each page of the 10-page document, the following briefing schedule was set: 1. Any dispositive motions based on the findings of the February 5, 2024 hearing shall be served on or before March 15, 2024 and be returnable on April 5, 2024; 2. Any opposition and/or cross motion shall be served on or before March 29, 2024 and be returnable on April 5, 2024; 3. All replies shall be served and filed on or before April 5, 2024; 4. All appearances at the April 5, 2024 return date shall be waived. Given the above briefing schedule, the clerk specialist shall not file his affirmation concerning the dismantling and subsequent inspection and counting of the holes on each page of the 10 pages of the October 24, 2005, paper writing offered for probate until after the call of the calendar on April 5, 2024. Additionally, the trial scheduled to begin jury selection on February 13, 2024 is adjourned pending the determination of the above scheduled motions, if any. The clerk of the court shall email a copy of this order to counsel at the addresses in the foot of this decision and order. Dated: February 5, 2024
