OPINION AND ORDER Plaintiff Marian Parker sued Israel Discount Bank of New York Inc. (the “Bank”), her former employer, for discrimination, failure to accommodate, and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disability Act, 42 U.S.C. §§12101 et seq. (“ADA”), the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law §§290 et seq. (“NYSHRL”), and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y. City Admin. Code §§8-101 et seq. (“NYCHRL”).1 Defendant moved for summary judgment. For the reasons discussed below, Defendant’s motion is GRANTED. BACKGROUND Parker worked at the Bank as Technology Risk Officer from December 3, 2018, to February 4, 2019, Def. 56.1
