By: Hagler, P.J., Tisch, James, J.J. PEOPLE v. DIALLO, BAILO — It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant’s counsel seeking to be relieved as appellate counsel is granted. It is Ordered that the defendant-appellant’s motion to dismiss the appeal is granted without prejudice to the defendant-appellant filing a motion to reinstate the appeal should he return to this Court’s jurisdiction.

PEOPLE v. GRAHAM, CURLY; People v. Obryant, Michael — Ordered that the motion seeking leave to file a late notice of appeal is granted. The defendant-appellant’s motion papers herein are deemed a timely filed notice of appeal.
