DECISION + ORDER ON MOTION In this defamation action, defendants Michael McKee/Tenants Political Action Committee, Inc. and Met Council, Inc. move separately for summary judgment to dismiss the amended complaint, while the plaintiff Rent Stabilization Association of NYC, Inc.
