MEMORANDUM AND ORDER On April 20, 2023, Plaintiff Jack Goldman (“Goldman” or the “Plaintiff”) brought this action asserting violations of N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law §349 along with breach of contract and breach of express warranty claims against Trinity School of Medicine (“Trinity” or “Defendant”) as well as unnamed “Doe” Defendants 1-20 (the “John Doe” Defendants). (ECF No. 1, Complaint.) Presently before the Court is Trinity’s motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction, or, in the alternative, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim. (See ECF No. 14, Defendant’s Notice of Motion to Dismiss.) For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is GRANTED. BACKGROUND I. Factual Background Plaintiff is a citizen of the state of New York who was admitted to and attended Trinity to pursue a Doctor of Medicine Degree beginning in the Fall of 2016. (See Compl. at

6, 17.) Plaintiff was anticipated to graduate in Spring 2020. (Id. at 18.)
