IN THE MATTER OF KERRY ANNE CASSIDY, AN ATTORNEY AND COUNSELOR-AT-LAW — Application by Kerry Anne Cassidy, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 28, 2012, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Kerry Anne Hall. Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant’s name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Kerry Anne Cassidy to Kerry Anne Hall effective immediately. LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
