ESTATE OF MARTHA MCNEAR, Deceased (13-1599/A) — In this application by an alleged creditor seeking the issuance of limited letters of administration to the Public Administrator or an eligible distributee in order to receive process in a foreclosure action, citation issued to several distributees and the Public Administrator. On the return date of a supplemental citation, jurisdiction was complete over all parties, one of the decedent’s sons and the Public Administrator appeared and there were no other appearances. After an off calendar conference the son who appeared consented to receiving letters. The Public Administrator previously submitted an affirmation declining the appointment. Accordingly, the petition is granted and limited letters of administration shall issue to the son pursuant to the petition upon his duly qualifying according to law. The decree to be entered hereon shall revoke the authority of the voluntary administrator. Settle decree. July 1, 2024

ESTATE OF SAMUEL R. BEAUCHAMP, Deceased (23-841) — In this application by the Public Administrator for the issuance of letters of administration, jurisdiction was obtained over two alleged sisters of the decedent. On the return date of citation counsel to the Public Administrator informed the court that the two alleged sisters were represented by counsel who informed her that he would not be appearing on that date and would not be opposing the application. Accordingly, the application is granted, and letters of administration shall issue to the Public Administrator. Decree signed. July 2, 2024
