ESTATE OF RITA K. KATZ, Deceased (21-1731/C) — Counsel for Petitioner Toni D. Carney and counsel for Respondent Jody D. Martini entered into a Stipulation prior to the August 7, 2024, citation return date in this proceeding to compel Respondent-Executor Jody D. Martini’s account for her administration of the estate of decedent Rita K. Katz wherein Respondent agrees to file her account, together with a petition for its judicial settlement, on or before September 6, 2024. Ms. Martini in fact filed her account on August 16, 2024. In view thereof, it is hereby ORDERED that Jody D. Martini shall cause citation to be issued on her petition for judicial settlement of her account and complete service to be made without undue delay, on all persons interested in the accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210. This decision constitutes the Order of the court. Dated: September 12, 2024
