MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE Plaintiff Peter Nikola Pesic, proceeding without counsel, brings claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) Act, 18 U.S.C. §§1962 et seq., against a host of entities and people, some based in the United States, some based in Mauritius, and some based elsewhere. See ECF No. 44 (“Compl.”).1 In his operative complaint, the Fourth Amended Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that Defendants engaged in or enabled a scheme to launder money through the acquisition and transfer of securities previously held by his firm. See, e.g., id.
