ESTATE OF ADRIANEL RAMOS, a/k/a ADRIANEL RAMOS LECONTE, Deceased (23-2641/A/B/C) — The proposed compromise of causes of action related to Decedent’s conscious pain and suffering and death is approved. The restrictions contained in the Administrator’s Letters are modified to allow this compromise. Petitioner is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds and execute any necessary receipt and releases. Reimbursement for decedent’s funeral expenses and statutory commissions have been waived (SPCA 2307). Attorneys fees are approved and reimbursement to counsel for disbursements allowed in the amounts requested. The balance of the settlement proceeds shall be paid as set forth in the Decree.1 Dated: January 7, 2025   1. Petitioner is not requesting the settlement of his account or to be released for his proceedings as Administrator.
