2023-1096 K C. BURKE PHYSICAL THERAPY, P.C. v. STATE FARM MUT. AUTO. INS. CO. — Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent’s brief on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 8, 2023. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent’s brief shall be served and filed on or before January 21, 2025; and it is further, ORDERED the appellant, if it be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief with seven days of service upon it of respondent’s brief.
