WHAT IS OUR FUTURE as a legal profession? What should be our goals? How can we have an impact and make a difference? How can we make our professional lives meaningful and successful? How is the practice of law changing and how do we meet the needs of our clients? How can we obtain the information necessary to make the right decisions and use good judgment? What role can we play in furthering the public interest, dealing with questions of national importance, and providing needed pro bono services? How have the events of Sept. 11 changed and affected us as individuals and in our law practices?

These are important questions. Through its programs, seminars, publications, on-line information, receptions and communications with its members, the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section seeks to assist you in answering these questions. Our Section strives to help you become more knowledgeable and better attorneys.
