PLAYBOY ENTERPRISES Inc. has lost an appeal seeking to stop a former bunny from marketing herself on the Internet as having been associated with Playboy. A federal appellate court in California ruled on Feb. 4 that Terri Welles may continue to refer to herself as “Playboy Playmate of the Year for 1981″ on her Web site, terriwelles.com.
