MINEOLA – A Manhasset man defending a $7 million trespass and harassment lawsuit filed by television news personality Bill O’Reilly and his wife may not recover attorney’s fees for causes of action that the couple withdrew in March, a judge has ruled.

State Supreme Court Justice Jerald S. Carter rejected John F. Kennedy’s motion for costs and fees related to intentional infliction of emotional distress claims originally filed by the O’Reillys in November.
