A seven-year legal battle for disability benefits has ended in victory for a woman who says chronic fatigue syndrome prevents her from working.

Southern District of New York Judge Harold Baer concluded, in Solomon v. Barnhart, 01 Civ. 5856, that an administrative law judge’s adverse credibility findings against Deborah Solomon were not supported by substantial evidence.
