Musician, composer, and television personality John Tesh filed suit in federal court in California against a Nevada corporation, its officers, and one hundred unnamed defendants for trademark infringement and cybersquatting. According to the complaint Celebsites registered "JohnTesh.com" as an Internet domain name without Tesh's knowledge or consent. Tesh owns and operates his own official Web site, "Tesh.com."
