Also, New Jersey biotech company Celgene has struck a deal to acquire Los Angeles-based Abraxis BioScience for $2.9 billion in cash and stock.

Inc., has decided to sell its 20 percent stake in Bloomberg LP, the financial news, media and data provider, back to the blind trust owned by New York City Mayor Michael R.
