No Excuse for This Pair's Bad Behavior
As a judicial law clerk for a New Jersey superior court judge, I am appalled by the behavior of each attorney in the California "empty podium" case [�Angry justices hear excuses from no-show lawyer, ex-boss,� March 11]. I see more courtesy in the New York/New Jersey trial courts than these two have shown to the high court of the state of California.
