No Excuse for This Pair's Bad Behavior

As a judicial law clerk for a New Jersey superior court judge, I am appalled by the behavior of each attorney in the California "empty podium" case [�Angry justices hear excuses from no-show lawyer, ex-boss,� March 11]. I see more courtesy in the New York/New Jersey trial courts than these two have shown to the high court of the state of California. These guys had better stay far away from New York and New Jersey.
