Business technology provider SilverSun Technologies on Jan. 21 announced that its subsidiary, SWK Technologies, both of Livingston, N.J., has acquired Santa Ana, Calif.-based 2000 Soft Inc., currently doing business as software reseller Accounting Technology Resources.

Florham Park, N.J.-based Rosenfield & Co. announced on Jan. 20 it has been acquired by KDMS CPA of Orlando, Fla. Both provide accounting services for the automotive field.
|Datapipe Acquires GoGrid
Datapipe, an IT provider in Jersey City, N.J., on Jan. 20 announced its acquisition of cloud service provider GoGrid, of San Francisco.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
