N.J., Rhode Island IT Firms Merge
Atrion Corporation in Flemington, N.J., announced on Jan. 28 it will merge with fellow IT firm Atrion Networking Corporation, of Warwick, R.I. The merged company will be based in Warwick and known as Atrion Inc.

Irving, Texas-based FleetPride on Jan. 27 announced its acquisition of Pardo's Truck Service Parts Warehouse of Kearny, N.J. Both provide service and repairs for commercial trucks.

Power generator manufacturer Pioneer Power Solutions in Fort Lee, N.J., announced on Jan. 22 it has acquired Harmonics Holdings Inc., a supplier of power distribution equipment based in New Haven, Conn.
