07-2-5851 Mastrofilippo v. Borough Of Little Ferry, App. Div. (per curiam) (5 pp.) Plaintiffs Anthony and Diane Mastrofilippo appealed an order which denied plaintiffs' motion to compel discovery and granted the Borough defendants cross-motion for a protective order and dismissal of three counts of the complaint. Plaintiffs also appealed from an order which denied plaintiffs' motion to amend the complaint and granted the Borough defendants' cross-motion to dismiss the claims against them. Because the orders under review resolved plaintiffs' claims against the Borough defendants only, and the record indicates that the orders did not resolve two counts of plaintiffs' complaint against defendant Angela Orozco, the appellate panel dismissed the appeal as interlocutory.
