A Hewitt, New Jersey, woman who claimed neck and back injuries from a rear-end collision settled her case, Waldo v. Goulet, for $4.775 million on Feb. 12.
The accident occurred on Aug. 9, 2012, in stop-and-go traffic on Route 4 West in Paramus, New Jersey, near the intersection with Route 17.
