Michael Goldklang is a nonequity partner of the environmental department. Adam Husik is also a nonequity partner of the environmental department. General Counsel

James Wells joins ARI®, a leading global fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets based in Mount Laurel, N.J., as General Counsel. He will be responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company and for providing guidance and strategic counsel to the senior management team on general business matters. In his new role, Wells will oversee and manage legal affairs for ARI across the globe and provide support in a range of areas including regulatory and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, international law, intellectual property, employment matters, governance, litigation management and risk evaluation. Wells joins ARI from Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a public company located in Southampton, Pennsylvania, operating in the defense, aerospace and medical sectors, where he was Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Associate

Gianina Jean-Baptiste joins Calcagni and Kanefsky in Newark, the New Jersey office of Harris, O'Brien, St. Laurent & Chaudhry in New York. During law school, Ms. Jean-Baptiste interned in the Newark City Hall Law Department in the Employment and Labor Division. Additionally, she interned for Judge George Daniels in the Southern District of New York. Most recently, she served as a Public Interest Fellow for the New York City Bar Association. She graduated from Harvard University in 2009, and received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2013.
