A Hillsdale couple injured in a head-on collision settled for $1.3 million on March 2 in Gray v. Zgaljic.
Susan and Kevin Gray were headed west on Hillsdale Avenue near Cedar Street in Hillsdale at around 6:15 p.m., on Dec. 31, 2012, when the accident occurred. Their lawyer, James Lynch of Lynch Lynch Held Rosenberg in Hasbrouck Heights, said that defendant Joseph Zgaljic, also of Hillsdale, was traveling east when he suddenly accelerated, hit the vehicle in front of him and crossed the yellow line,
