Wolff & Samson founding partner David Samson is retiring and partners Armen Shahinian and Jeff Chiesa are stepping in as co-chairmen of the eight-member executive committee, the firm announced April 7.
The 43-year-old West Orange firm is now set to eventually change its name to Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi.
