Kessler Acquires ZeroG System

Kessler Foundation, a West Orange-based charity that works on behalf of people with disabilities, on May 12 announced it has acquired the ZeroG Gait and Balance Training System, a body-weight support system for physical rehabilitation patients, from physical therapy products manufacturer Aretech in Asburn, Virginia.

A&C Acquired by Universal Supply

Universal Supply Company, a supplier of building products in Hammonton, and a subsidiary of building supplies holdings company US LBM Holdings of Green Bay, Wisconsin, announced on May 12 its acquisition of Riverside-based construction tools distributor A&C Supply from former owner Fred Lindsay. Lindsay and current A&C employees will become part of Universal's new Universal Fasteners division.

Office software and printer manufacturer Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA in Ramsey on May 12 announced its IT services subsidiary, All Covered of Foster City, California, has acquired Techcess Group, an IT company in Houston, Texas.
