Previously, he was founder of Cavalia Consulting, where he provided legal and business services and advice to real estate owners and secured lenders. He was also senior counsel at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for their real estate investments clients. Bert Greenwell is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, he served as corporate counsel to a national senior assisted living company and a regional home developer. He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1998. James Jacobus is a special counsel in the firm’s real estate practice. He received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 1999. May Lee is a senior associate in the firm’s real estate practice. She graduated with a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2003, then served as a law clerk to Judge Thomas Smith Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County. David Marck is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He was formerly an associate with Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011, then clerked for Michael Shipp, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey, 2012-2013, and for Judge Robert H. Gardner, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, 2011-2012. Edward Mullins is a senior associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He previously was a Deputy Attorney General with the Government and Healthcare Fraud Section in the Division of Law, in the Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2006. Chaviva Negari is special counsel in the firm’s real estate practice. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, she was with HSBC Bank USA, where she focused on commercial real estate finance. She received her J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 1999. Stephen Panico is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice. He received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2013. Frantz Price Jr. is a senior associate in the firm’s real estate practice. He graduated with a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2001, then went on to earn Graduate Certificates at both George Mason University School of Public Policy and Oxford University in 2012. Elizabeth Silver is a senior associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She was formerly an associate with Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark. She earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2004.

Summer Associates

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper welcome Steven Del Mauro and Keith Salmeri. Both are working in the firm’s Westfield office for 10 weeks, beginning May 26, and will split their time between transactional and litigation work. Del Mauro is going into his third year at Seton Hall School of Law. He is a Distinguished Scholar, works on the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and is on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. Del Mauro is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business, where he earned his B.S. in finance. Salmeri is going into his third year at William & Mary Law School, where he is a Graduate Research Fellow, works on the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review, and is a member of the Business Law Society. Keith is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where he earned is B.A. in history and political science.
