The second quarter, soon drawing to a close, is shaping up to be another strong installment in the mergers and acquisitions reawakening that began last year in New Jersey and beyond, and the attorneys advising those deals are seeing the effects.

The reasons are many, according to deal-making lawyers in New Jersey, but the net effect is the same—a continued bright outlook and busier M&A practices.

In recent weeks, there's been a flurry of deals of $1 billion or more, but it's also the mid-market, which encompasses the bulk of New Jersey transactions, that's seen a continued high level of activity.
