He will concentrate his practice on mediation and arbitration, land use transactions and disputes, federal court proceedings, and collaboration with the firm’s attorneys. Judge Grasso was the Assignment Judge for Ocean County Superior Court. He attended Columbia University, graduating in 1972 with a B.A. in Economics; and Vermont Law School, receiving a J.D. in 1976. After 12 years of practice and five years of service as an Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor, Judge Grasso was appointed by Gov. Thomas Kean to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County, and was sworn in on July 14, 1989.
