Kelley Drye & Warren is pleased to announce that John Ward, left, and Michael Zinna, second from left, the principals of intellectual property boutique Ward & Zinna in Summit and New York City, have joined the firm as partners. They will be based in the firm’s New York and Parsippany offices. They focus their practices on all aspects of intellectual property law, including complex patent litigation, post-grant review proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB), trademark litigation, IP licensing, and the management of domestic and international IP portfolios. Ward and Zinna also bring patent attorneys with them from their firm to Kelley Drye. Frank Morris, right, joins as special counsel and David Lindenbaum, second from right, oins as a senior associate.

Stark & Stark in Lawrenceville adds Kevin Falkenstein, left, Robert Sanfilippo Jr., center, and Jonathon Wargo, right. Falkenstein is a member of the family law group, and he concentrates his practice in divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution and prenuptial planning. He will be located in the firm’s Marlton office. Prior to this, he worked as an associate for Adinolfi & Lieberman in Haddonfield. Sanfilippo is a member of the accident and personal injury and medical malpractice groups. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, automobile accidents and medical malpractice. He will also be located in the Marlton office. Prior to this, he worked for Starr Gern Davison & Rubin in Roseland. Wargo is a member of the business and corporate group, and concentrates his practice on the formation, financing, purchase, sale and governance of closely held businesses. He will be located in the firm’s Lawrenceville office. Prior to this, he served as a judicial law clerk to the chambers of the Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Katie A. Gummer of the Civil Division.
