In a matter that illustrates the potential perils of joint real estate holdings, a lawyer and her former partners at a New Jersey firm have locked horns over the sale of the building that once housed their practice.

A civil suit, filed in New Jersey Superior Court earlier this year and recently removed to federal court, documents a feud between Richard Wedinger and Anthony Guidice of Barry McTiernan & Wedinger, and ex-partner Diana LaPadula.
