Flaster Greenberg is pleased to announce that attorney Ella De Triziohas joined the firm as a shareholder and member of the Business and Corporate Department, effective Nov. 9, 2015. Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, De Trizio was a partner in the corporate and securities group at Dechert LLP.
De Trizio advises technology clients that are venture-backed private or publicly-traded corporations on matters relating to securities laws, corporate governance and general corporate matters, including private placements and public financings and reporting requirements under securities laws. She also counsels funds that invest in technology-based companies, with a particular focus on companies in the life sciences industry.
