The widow of a man who died after his motorcycle was struck by another vehicle has agreed to a $1.25 million settlement in a Morris County suit, Bianculli v. Driscoll.

Richard Mark Bianculli Sr., 46, was riding south in the left lane of Route 15 in Jefferson Township on June 21, 2016, when his motorcycle was struck by a Jeep Wrangler driven by Haley Driscoll, then 17, and owned by her father.

The family's lawyer, Christopher Musmanno of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost in Denville, said Driscoll struck Bianculli after turning onto Route 15 south from Edison Road at a high rate of speed, then attempting to turn into a business located in the median of the roadway.
