Dena Calo joined Saul Ewing in late 2014, and was tasked with building its labor and employment practice. She responded by helping associates develop their practices, creating workshops and a mentoring program, and launching a now-popular blog—all of which led to her selection as vice-chair of the practice. She also sits on the Women’s Development Initiative Steering Committee and, in her own practice, is handling significant matters, including a novel case lodged by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Distinguished Leaders in many cases have praiseworthy careers, but most importantly they continue to be leaders in the profession. What are some of your proudest recent achievements?
