Peter Spirgel last year completed his 18-year tenure as managing partner of Flaster Greenberg in Cherry Hill, during which time the firm grew significantly, to roughly 55 lawyers at present, and averted layoffs during the recession. He remains the firm’s board chairman. He has been active in the community, including with the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, served on Gov. Chris Christie’s transition team, and, as a practitioner, handled corporate and tax matters. In short, Spirgel has, according to one colleague, “gone above and beyond his call of duty to ensure the firm stayed fiscally healthy and its employees happy, while simultaneously maintaining and building a thriving law practice of his own.”

** Spirgel elected to answer the Law Journal questionnaire in a single narrative. **
