Robert Silverman has surpassed the quarter-century mark at his firm, Kimmel & Silverman of Cherry Hill, in the relatively unheralded area of New Jersey Lemon Law work on behalf of unsatisfied auto buyers. Apart from obtaining favorable results for clients, Silverman has become something of an authority on the Lemon Law, as well as the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. He also got involved in the Chrysler-Fiat merger of 2009, pushing for existing warranty protections to be preserved in the deal.
